Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Senior Project Associate: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or related domain with four years of experience. Junior Research Fellow: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in CSE/IT/ECE or related domain with NET/GATE or M.E./M.Tech in First Division.

Age Limit: Senior Project Associate: Not to exceed 40 years. Junior Research Fellow: Not to exceed 28 years as of 04 November 2026.

Salary / Pay Scale

Senior Project Associate: ₹42,000/- plus 30% HRA per month. Junior Research Fellow: ₹37,000/- plus 30% HRA per month.
