Jobs95 (jobs95.in) publishes government job notifications, results and admit-card news for India. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the website or our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Using the website

You do not need an account to read Jobs95. We do not ask for your name or phone number, we do not sell advertising and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only time we ask for an e-mail address is if you choose to get job summaries by e-mail (see below).

Job summaries by e-mail

If you sign up for job summaries, we keep your e-mail address, the time you signed up and confirmed, and a record of which summary mails were sent to it. We use it only to send you those mails: one for every batch of new government jobs, with a link to each job. We never sell or share the address, and we do not send you other companies' advertising.

Signing up is confirmed by e-mail first: nothing is sent to an address until its owner clicks the confirmation link. Every mail has an unsubscribe link, and the unsubscribe stops all further mails. We send the mails through an outside e-mail service provider, which handles the mail only to deliver it. To have your address removed completely, contact us.

Like any web server, ours records technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) in security and error logs. We use these only to keep the site running, to find and fix faults and to protect it from abuse, and we keep them for a limited time.

The search box sends the words you type to our server only to show you matching jobs.

Amazon links on job pages

Some job pages show a box of books and study material with links to Amazon.in. These are affiliate links: if you click one and buy something, Amazon pays Jobs95 a small commission at no extra cost to you. We add nothing to your browser when you view the box. If you click a link you leave Jobs95; Amazon.in then handles your visit, including its own cookies, under Amazon's own privacy notice. Amazon reports to us only that a purchase was made through our link, never who made it.

Job alert notifications (optional)

If you press Job alerts and allow notifications in your browser, we send you one notification a day with the new government jobs. To do this we store the anonymous push address and encryption keys your browser gives us, the state you chose (if any), and when we last sent you a notification. We do not store your name, phone number, email address or location, and we do not link this to anything else about you.

Your browser's push service (for example Google, Mozilla, Microsoft or Apple, depending on your browser) delivers the notification and handles it under its own privacy policy. You can turn alerts off at any time with Job alerts → Turn off, which deletes what we stored, or in your browser's site settings. Addresses that stop working are removed automatically.

Our Facebook and Instagram pages

We use a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) developer app only to publish short videos about new job notifications to the Jobs95 Facebook Page and the Jobs95 Instagram account that we own. The app acts for those accounts only. It does not log in visitors, and we do not collect, store or process personal data of people who view, like, comment on or share those posts. Any information you give to Facebook or Instagram (for example a comment or message) is handled by Meta under its own privacy policy and Instagram privacy policy.

The access tokens that let our software publish to our own Page and account are kept secret on our own computers and are never shown on this website.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where the law requires it. Job details shown on Jobs95 come from official public notifications; always confirm them on the official website before applying.

Children

Jobs95 is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices and deleting data

Because we hold no accounts or profiles, there is normally nothing personal to delete; if you turned on job alerts, turning them off removes that data. If you think we hold something about you, see User Data Deletion and we will act on your request.

If this policy changes we will update the date above on this page.
